About These Terms
These terms apply to use of grillandbark.shop and purchases from GRILL AND BARK LTD, trading as Grill & Bark. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter the transaction.
Products and Information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, photography, and manufacturing changes. Product availability can change without notice.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before checkout; standard UK delivery is currently free. Payment is taken through the methods displayed at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance.
Order Acceptance
A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot be completed. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a nominated person, as provided by applicable law.
Returns and Cancellation
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
